- joined Aercoustics in 2006 as a noise and vibration consultant.
- responsible for the acoustic and vibration design of current architectural projects such as the renovation of Maple Leaf Gardens, Algonquin College’s proposed Environmental Demonstration Centre for Construction and Building Sciences building, and the new Cobourg Community Centre.
- project engineer for the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) providing services in acoustics, vibration and noise control for existing and proposed projects such as Subway Rail Vibration studies, the proposed Steeles West & Finch West Subway Station Acoustics, the existing Roncesvalles Street Car House and TTC Union Station Renovation the proposed Storage and Maintenance Facilities for the Transit City Expansion.
- responsible for several large environmental noise studies such as GO Transit Rail Expansion’s, the Royal Conservatory of Music’s Telus Performing Arts Centre, and the design and implementation of the noise control program at Sanofi Pasteur Limited. Tim has also been involved with wind power plant acoustic studies and measurement methodologies for Kingsbridge Wind Farm and noise complaint investigation for a resident at a Michigan Wind Turbine Plant.
- performed vibration isolation pad design for the Orpheum Tower located in Vancouver where the noise sensitive structural floors were isolated from the building shell.
- involved in data collection, noise control investigation and engineering solutions for a 60 MW Once Through Steam Generator located in Bolivia, South America
- multi-instrumentalists musician for over 15 years and plays in many music groups
