The Challenge:
As part of its Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR) requirements, Molinaro’s Fine Foods needed an assessment of potential noise impacts from flour and carbon dioxide (CO2) delivery operations at its facility. The company also needed to understand how workplace noise levels measured up against the occupational exposure limits that apply under Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
The Innovation:
We prepared an Acoustic Assessment Report (AAR) that evaluated potential noise impacts from flour and CO2 delivery operations and helped Molinaro’s Foods maintain compliance with Ontario environmental regulations. We also conducted an OHSA noise compliance audit, which reviewed workplace noise levels against the applicable occupational exposure limits and provided recommendations to support a safe operating environment for employees.
