The Challenge:
Aercoustics has worked with Concord Adex to provide acoustic environmental permitting, assessment, design services, and construction vibration monitoring for this LEED Silver mixed-use project, which includes two residential towers (41 and 37 storeys) and an 8-storey office building with retail space on the lower levels as well as multi-level underground parking.

In providing acoustic, noise, and vibration design services for the full project cycle, across many different uses, The LakeShore demonstrates Aercoustics capabilities in comprehensive project delivery – from noise and vibration impact study for Zoning By-Law Amendment and Site Plan Approval to base building design, Tarion design and testing, and commercial tenant fit-out.
