The Drake Hotel Modern Wing is a five-story expansion of the renowned Drake Hotel, a distinguished boutique hotel located in downtown Toronto. The new wing includes 32 additional hotel rooms, as well as a rooftop suite and terrace. Our team was responsible for complete acoustic design services for this new addition, addressing issues related to traffic and event noise, as well as ensuring adequate acoustic separation between the luxury hotel suites. The Drake Hotel is synonymous with community. Working closely with Diamond Schmitt, our team delivered comfortable accommodations alongside a dynamic and lively hub for art and design.
