The Challenge:
To create a 5-story expansion on a luxury hotel in downtown Toronto that would address exterior traffic noise, interior event noise, and provide quiet space within the suites.
The Innovation:
The new wing included 32 additional hotel rooms, as well as a rooftop suite and terrace. Our team was responsible for complete acoustic design services for this new addition, addressing all potential interior and exterior noise issues. Working closely with Diamond Schmitt, our team delivered comfortable accommodations alongside a dynamic and lively hub for art and design.
