The Innovation:
Representing, 83,000 teachers and education professionals, The Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario was the first LEED Platinum certified office building in Toronto and was designed to set the standard for a healthy, green workplace. Aercoustics worked with the team to allow for as much natural lighting as possible and to incorporate passive airflow design (all LEED design fundamentals), while making sure privacy was maintained.
