The Challenge:
A hotel was developed adjacent to the grocery store on two sides and there was concern of noise impact to the new neighbours.
The Innovation:
Using an extension and modifications of existing roof screens, local mitigation on a vent located on a wall directly across from future hotel rooms, and an upgraded acoustic barrier along the loading bay, Aercoustics recommended a solution to the potential noise concern.
