The Challenge:
Deliver broadcast-quality acoustic performance in a tight renovated space visually open to the rest of building, including the building’s 4-storey atrium.
The Innovation:
Aercoustics was tasked with acoustic design for the overhaul of radio facilities at Toronto Metropolitan University to create the Allan Slaight Radio Institute. This state-of-the-art broadcast and teaching facility includes a studio, post-production suite, and open editing and collaboration zone. Our successful collaboration on this project has meant satisfied students, faculty, and administration.
