The Challenge:
Gallery Square is a residential development project in Downtown Markham, Ontario, consisting of three towers with two and three-bedroom suites. The project aims to achieve LEED Silver certification and comply with the Ontario Building Code requirements for acoustic performance.
The Innovation:
Aercoustics is providing acoustic design services to Gallery Square, optimizing sound insolation and noise control to meet Ontario Building Code. Aercoustics is also collaborating with the architects and engineers to ensure the acoustic design is integrated with the aesthetic and functional aspects of the project.
